Lovrecina Bay Beach

In the morning we took the ferry from Split to Supetar on the island Brač. From Supetar we drove for 30 minutes to Lovrecina Bay. We parked our car on the side of the main road, where the narrow road down to the beach started.

We arrived there early in the morning, so it was very calm. We stopped in the supermarket to buy some food and had breakfast on the beach. It was breakfast with a wonderful view.

After breakfast we went swimming. One of the nice things of Lovrecina Bay is that, except for the first meters, it's a sandy beach, so almost no rocks to walk on.

Next to the beach there is also a bar/restaurant, so you can have a drink or buy some food. Also near the beach are ruins from an old Roman basilica (Early Christian Basilica). It's only a few 100 meters from the beach, so worth a short visit.
